Can I order a print catalog?
Yes, we have print catalogs in stock and ready to ship. Contact customer service to request a free print catalog today. (Shipping charges apply to catalogs sent outside Canada.) Our catalog is also available for download and to flip through online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, EFT (direct deposit), Cash (in-store only), and cheque.
What are Spaenaur’s hours of operation?
8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are closed for statutory holidays.
Do you sell to the public?
Yes! Anyone can order from us and if you are local to the Kitchener, Ontario area, come visit us.
What is a minimum order?
$5 minimum, if shipping within Canada.
Outside of Canada:
The US: $100 USD
Internationally: $300 USD minimum

Yes, it’s been in the family for three generations since Roy Spaetzel started the business with his partner, Howard Hessenaur, in 1936.
What is a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for pickup orders. For orders shipped within Canada, the minimum order value is $5. For orders shipping to the United States, the minimum order value is $100USD. For orders shipping internationally, there is a $300USD minimum order value.
What is the Product Package Quantity?
The package quantities vary and are listed in the catalog for each item. However, you don’t have to buy a full box – we don’t have minimums on in-stock SKUs.

Shipping & Distribution
How much is shipping? Is there free shipping?
If you are shipping locally, in-store pick up is always free, or free shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more. Please see our local delivery area.
If you are shipping domestically within Canada, we do offer free shipping (via Spaenaur’s carrier of choice) on orders over $1000 (before tax).
Delivery charges depend on a number of things like: the weight of the item(s) and the destination, when you expect to receive it, etc. However, you are able to use your own courier account or ours
If you are shipping to the US or Internationally, you will need to provide us with your courier account and you will be responsible for shipping plus any duty or customs fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost anywhere.
Can I use my own courier account?
Absolutely. We support shipping with a number of couriers on a customer’s account: FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Dicom, Loomis, DHL, Cardinal, Midland, Canada Parcel Post, and Sameday. Just specify the courier, service type and account number on your PO. (You can also ship with ours.)
